Who Should Attend: This course is designed for municipal & industrial wastewater operators; water, & distribution systems operators and maintainers

Description: This course is designed to provide the attendees with an understanding of the application, the hydraulic differences, and maintenance of dynamic and positive displacement pumps.

• Classifications of pumps: dynamic & positive displacement
• Centrifugal pump components
• Energy & pumping
• Theory of operation: hydraulics & horsepower
• Pump maintenance
• Positive displacement pumps
• Calibrating positive displacement chemical feed pumps

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A five days' notice in writing is required to cancel. Cancellations received after this time will be charged $50. Registrants who no-show will be billed the full course fee.
