Who Should Attend: This course is designed for wastewater and water systems managers, operators and maintainers of wastewater treatment & collection systems and water treatment & distribution systems.

Description: This class will present role the wastewater and water industries roles in sanitation and protecting public.

Topics include:

• The operator's role in protecting public health
• Parasites and pathogens found in sewage
• Environmental impacts of sanitary sewer overflows
• Cyanobacteria and their impact on public health
• Nitrogen & Phosphorus role as nutrients in excessive algae growth

Course Fee: $85 pp
