Who Should Attend: This course is designed for wastewater, collection systems & industrial treatment operators, maintainers and managers

Description: This is a basic course that contains minimal theory. It covers the basic concepts needed to understand flow metering in collection & distribution systems and wastewater & water treatment plants. Both open channel and closed pipe flows are discussed, but open channels are covered in more detail. Velocity for flushing distribution systems and maintaining solids in suspension for collection systems will also be addressed.
