Who Should Attend: This course is designed for municipal & industrial wastewater operators; water, & distribution systems operators; and laboratory analysts.

Description: This is a basic course designed to provide the non-chemist with an understanding of the chemical characteristics of water, pH, alkalinity, hardness, ion exchange, sequestering, and precipitation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: A five days' notice in writing is required to cancel. Cancellations received after this time will be charged $50. Registrants who no-show will be billed the full course fee.
