Who Should Attend: This course is designed for wastewater, collection systems, and industrial treatment operators, maintainers, and managers.

Description: This is a basic course that contains minimal theory. It covers the basic concepts needed to understand flow metering in collection & distribution systems and wastewater & water treatment plants As a result, both open channel and closed pipe flows are discussed; however, open channels are covered in more detail. Velocity for flushing distribution systems and maintaining solids in suspension for collection systems will be addressed.
