Description: This management workshop introduces you to key elements of supervisor responsibility and accountability: Complying with the law, providing resources and support, conducting safety training, overseeing the work, and enforcing safety rules. This course is designed for the attendees to gain a greater awareness of five basic supervisor safety responsibilities.

Topics Include the five basic supervisor responsibilities:

• Provide effective training
• Provide resources and support
• Enforce policies and rules
• Provide adequate supervision
• Demonstrate leadership
